Cancellation and Refund Policy At Webqonic, we strive to provide high-quality services and products. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds. 1. SaaS Subscription Plans (WhatsApp API Panel) Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that cycle. Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital services and the costs associated with setting up and maintaining API access, we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or for services that have already been provisioned. Exceptions: In rare circumstances where a technical issue on our end prevents you from using the core features of the Service for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or service credit. This does not apply to issues caused by Meta's platform, your violation of policies, or third-party services. 2. Reseller Plans The terms for Reseller Plans follow the same principles as our SaaS Subscription Plans outlined above. Payments made for reseller account setup and active subscription periods are non-refundable. 3. Source Code Purchase All sales of source code and related documentation are final and non-refundable. Since source code is a digital product that can be copied and retained indefinitely once delivered, we cannot accept returns or process refunds once the download link or files have been sent to you. Please ensure you have reviewed all product details and requirements before making a purchase. 4.
